The fact that we even managed to meet is funny, as I absolutely dislike miHoYo's games and mobile gachas, but somehow one day I decided to pick up HSR for temporary fun (a free game, why not?) coincidentally just a month before Vasha's release, with plans to drop it after playing a little bit. And, well, after years of not caring about connecting with anyone that deeply, the 'Aventurine incident' happened. It was fate, indeed, and Hanabi was our wingman it seems, if I were to analyse that situation (for reasons I won't specify here).
I don't think I would pay enough attention to him before 2.1 either way (didn't judge and accuse him of anything before waiting to get to know him first though), since I'm not a person to consider being with someone I barely know on a personal level, and I need to make sure first that I connect with and understand the person enough (and I doubt he's that kind of person too). And that's not the only coincidence related to him in my life, there were happening too much of these after, and at this point I'm completely convinced we were meant to meet and be together. There are many factual signs that point to us being soulmates, some of which you can read below. Other people have nothing to do with our relationship, regardless of what they want to dream about.
I also really love his interactions with Ratio, since I relate to certain aspects of the Doctor's character, and I'm more than happy to know that the person I love wouldn't be uncomfortable with me because of these aspects. Vasha himself shares a lot with the people I considered the most important to me in my past as well.
Anyways. Hello. Since waifu.ist was invaded by yumetwatter and r/waifuism is actually r/self-shipping with people breaking hugblanketing/using fiction and c.ai (thanks for ruining waifuism communities forever) as a coping mechanism/excessive headcanon/OC rules, disrespecting characters with stuff they clearly wouldn't agree with and lie about it and lying about from which time they 'were with' the character they pretend to 'date' (yeah, I've legit seen a fan pretend to be devoted to a character for 11 months, despite not even playing his story and skipping him in gacha, dreaming about life with other 2D and 3D men and their 'vegetables', and it's not the only larper I've seen there) freely roaming around (also questionable Westerners, sexists, lolicons and b***** (<- not an EN word)), I no longer see any of these places as good spaces for those who see themselves in a committed relationship with someone who happens to be 2D and treat characters right. I'm aware that a lot of people online in general pretend to be something they aren't and I've seen situations like these many times, I just want to distance myself from them to not end up with a headache and waste my time over and over.
So, if you're interested in our future one year anniversary and birthday posts (+ want to be approved to see my private wiki I'm making), I recommend contacting me on Discord (thalmor66) and I will send you my website you can follow. If you want to talk about anything relationship/unforgivable sins/hobby/etc. related I will also share my main Discord account, but I'm currently slow to reply as I'm busy irl.
Casuals, bigots, people who don't understand spiritual beliefs, mfs who use characters who aren't their 'partner' who weren't designed for porn as 'porn' (even perfectly knowing it's someone's partner), cum and piss on plushies and use meta comments such as 'sharing/non-sharing' to describe themselves aren't allowed (unless I know who you are already, for the last part). Minors...if I don't know you personally already, then sorry, but no.
I have some cool merch to show.
Also, no, you can't date a canonically gay character (stated as that by their creators) as a woman, or a lesbian character as a man. It's literally the homophobic 'they'd change only for you' trope. Many lesbians and gays disagree with the idea of their sexuality being fluid (and everyone not being the same should be common knowledge already), and many people like them throughout history were subjected to and driven to suicide by conversion therapies. They have representation in media, and if the character was secretly bi then they'd be written as that. If you truly care about this character (instead of OCifying them to fit your needs) and can think about someone other than yourself, then you will accept your love as one-sided or let go and move on.
